Hello,

I hope you're doing well. I'm writing to kindly explain and hopefully clarify a misunderstanding that led to my permanent ban last Friday. I was playing under the name Spicy, and I recently got banned by the admin aL3Cs ;x.

I'm still very new to playing on servers — I only started a few weeks ago — so this whole experience was confusing for me. When I was asked by Russel to "send the photos," I honestly didn’t understand what that meant. I had never been asked something like that before, so I was just trying to figure it out step by step.

I went to my CS folder to search for information and tried to understand what was required. When I asked again for clarification, I suddenly got banned. I swear I had no bad intentions — I wasn’t trying to avoid sending anything. I was genuinely just confused.

Later, when I read the whole chat properly, I realized they were asking for screenshots from the CS folder, which I had missed earlier. By the time I understood, it was already too late.

I want to say clearly and sincerely: I have never cheated. I play clean and fair. I just play smart and try to make good moves. I think maybe I got suspected at a moment where I turned back after seeing someone in chat say “revive your teammates.” I was on my way in one direction but turned around to go help — and by coincidence, I ended up facing enemies and killed them. Even I was surprised in that moment, but it wasn’t anything planned.

I love your server and really enjoyed playing there. I’ve attached the screenshots, even if I’m not 100% sure they’re exactly what was asked for. But I want to fully cooperate and prove that I’m clean. I’m also totally okay with doing any other test or check, if needed, just to show that I have nothing to hide.

I truly hope you can understand my side of the story and give me a second chance.
