1. PENTRU TOTI ADMINII SI PLAYERII ACESTUI SERVER. Cine se urca pe mapa ban 2 ore ! Obiectivele Terro: - Obiectivul principal: Teroristii au obligatia de a pune bomba la unul din locurile destinate - Camp-ul este permis 1 minut dupa care teroristii au obligatia de a indeplini obiectivele - Daca bomba a fost pusa teroristii au obligatia de a proteja zona in care se afla Obiectivele CT: - Obiectivul principal: Counterii trebuie sa protejeze zonele in care se planteaza bomba - Counterii au obligatia de a dezamorsa bomba in cazul in care a fost plantata * In cazul in care un jucator nu indeplineste obiectivele (daca a avut posibilitatea), acesta risca slay la sfarsit runda! Reguli generale: Nu folositi coduri ! -> Ban Permanent - Nu utilizati: tinta awp, no-recoil, no-smoke, etc. -> Avertizare , Ban Permanent - Nu sunt permise modelele de jucatori rosii si albastre -> Avertizare, Ban Permanent Respectati jucatorii si adminii. Pastrati un limbaj decent ! -> Ga/Ban 120 min - Nu tipati, nu caraiti si nu puneti muzica pe voice -> ban 120 min - Orice atitudine ce detona un comportament inadecvat se va considera atac la persoana - Se va sanctiona cu gag 3-10 minute, Ban 120 min (dupa caz) ! - In cazul abaterilor repetate sanctiunea poate fi un ban intre 1 zi pana la 1 luna, in functie de situatie ! (dovezile adminilor sunt obligatorii) Nu intrati cu nickname cu trimiteri obscene -> Kick/Ban - Nerespectarea atentionarii cu privire la nick dupa schimbarea fortata de catre admin intr-un nick necorespunzator se sanctioneaza cu ban 30-120 minute! Nu divulgati pozitiile adversarilor cand sunteti morti -> gag 3-10 minute Se impune ca nick-urile jucatorilor sa fie de minim 2 caractere ! Urcatul pe harta(textura) este interzis ! -> Avertizare/Slay/Kick - Se precizeaza faptul ca este permis pe stanca de langa casa pe harta de_nuke Nu cereti admin/slot pe server! Orice acces se acorda prin cerere pe forum in functie de cerintele necesare Nu contestati pe server deciziile adminilor. Pentru abateri de orice natura sunteti rugati sa faceti o reclamatie pe forum ! Reclamatiile aduse adminilor se vor posta la sectiunea "Reclamatii admini" dupa modelul prezentat. Pentru banuri permanente se va face o cerere de unban si nu reclamatie! 3. Reguli admini / sloturi: Adminii sunt obligați să intre pe TeamSpeak3 cât timp stau pe server. Prima abatere instiintare verbala , a doua abatere -1 in grad. Adminii serverului trebuie sa fie un exemplu pentru ceilalti jucatori in ceea ce priveste comportamentul. Scopul lor este acela de a face cat mai placuta sederea pe server a celorlalti useri. Fiti calmi, ponderati, sociabili si atenti la toate detaliile! Adminii si sloturile au obligatia de a se inregistra pe acest forum si sa il viziteze cel putin o data pe zi. Adminii si sloturile au obligatia de a-si folosi accesul pe care il detin. Nerespectarea acestei reguli poate duce la pierderea accesului! - Exceptie fac ownerii serverului care pot urmari activitatea adminilor prin orice metode. Adminii si sloturile au obligatia de a folosi comanda amx_spectate in consola dupa ce s-au mutat ca spectatori ! Accesele sunt personale iar utilizarea acestora de catre alte persoane indiferent de motiv va atrage de la sine pierderea accesului. Adminii au obligatia de a asigura buna functionare a serverului iar prioritatea este urmarirea jucatorilor suspectati de coduri. - Adminii care ignora plangerile jucatorilor cu privire la "codati", vor fi sanctionati pana la remove ! Discutiile intre admini cu privire la administrarea server-ului se vor purta doar pe admin chat/sedinta. - De asemenea nu se va permite folosirea unui limbaj indecent pe admin chat ! Folosirea comenzilor asupra altui admin este strict interzisa si poate duce la scaderea sau chiar pierderea accesului (in functie de situatie). - Pentru orice incalcare a regulamentului, se vor posta dovezile pe forum la sectiunea "Staff Only" topicul "Reclamatii intre admini" unde se va lua o decizie. - Exceptie de la aceasta regula fac ownerii/co-ownerii serverului care pot aplica oricand comenzi pe ceilalti admini atunci cand acestia incalca regulamentul! Este obligatia adminilor/sloturilor sa raspunda in termen de maxim 48 de ore la orice reclamatie adusa pe forum. - In caz contrar va fi sanctionat, fiind posibila chiar pierderea accesului. Orice absenta de minim 2 zile trebuie anuntata pe sectiunea "Absente/Retrageri". - Cine nu isi anunta absenta risca sa isi piarda accesul ! NU dati kick celor care sunt AFK si spectatorilor deoarece serverul le da automat cand este plin! -> Avertisment/-1 Grad/Remove ! - Jucatorii AFK ii mutati la spectatori ! (chiar daca sunt admini/sloturi) - De asemenea nu se vor face locuri pe server la cererea jucatorilor sau pentru cunostinte / prieteni. Cine este depistant ca da kick jucatorilor activi pentru a face loc cuiva, va fi sanctionat ! Maririle si degradarile generale se fac la inceputul fiecarei luni in functie de activitatea si comportamentul fiecaruia. - Nu cereti mariri ! Acestea se dau pe merit si nu la cerere. Cine cere marire sau aduce in discutie acest subiect risca sa se aleaga cu remove ! - Nu se fac promovari de la slot la admin. Cine doreste admin trebuie sa faca o cerere pe forum dupa model ! - Gradul Slot+Imunitate se acorda doar celor cu vechime si activitate minim 6 luni pe server, punandu-se si baza unui comportament exemplar ! Nu cereti socoteala ownerilor pentru cine si ce grad a primit ! Fiecare primeste acel acces cu un motiv bine intemeiat. Daca nu sunteti multumiti va rugam sa postati la retrageri ! - Gradul de admin se primeste in momentul cand primeste un numar de 10 voturi , majoritatea avand decizia (vorturi primite de la admini actuali cu pro/contra.). BANURILE: Dovezile sunt obligatorii pentru ORICE ban, indiferent de gradul detinut pe server! Dovezile se pastreaza in computer minim 48h de la acordarea banului Banurile temporare nu se posteza la banlist. Banurile pot fi scoase NUMAI DE Detinatori/Manageri in urma unei decizii luate la cererea de unban. Nu banati jucatorii cu motive gen: pa, mars, bye, salut. Jucatorii trebuie sa vada in consola motivul pentru care au fost banati. Nerespectarea acestei reguli va atrage sanctionarea celui in cauza ! Banul pe Wargods , = Ban pe server. ! Schimbarea hartilor: Votul trebuie facut cu cate harti doriti ,dar de preferat 3 harti. Inainte sa dati votul consultati-va pe admin chat cu ceilalti admini prezenti pe server in privinta hartilor ! Cel mai mare in grad are dreptul sa intervina si sa dea votul daca este cazul ! In ultima runda adminul trebuie sa anunte "Last ! Next (harta care urmeaza)" Schimbarea propriu-zisa a hartii se face la terminarea hartii , nu mai devreme ! Adminul raspunde DIRECT pentru harta care o pune in cazul in care este schimbata la o ora necorespunzatoare. A se respecta "Metoda de votare" si "Programul de harti" ce sunt postate in detaliu la sectiunea "Anunturi" ! Functii executate de server: - Detectarea, curatarea si/sau blocarea majoritatii codurilor existente - Banarea temporara pe IP la detectarea a 4 IP-uri identice conectate pe server - Inlocuirea automata a unor simblouri interzise cum ar fi: #, %, etc - La conectarea pe server jucatorii sunt mutati automat la o echipa - Dupa prima runda din harta serverul va da automat un restart - Setare automata freezetime 0 pe hartile mici si freezetime 1 pe hartile mari - Activare automata restrictii pe toate armele (exceptie awp si pistol) pe hartile de tip AWP - Bomba este transferata automat de server in 30 secunde de la un terorist AFK catre unul activ - Rush CT este restrictionat de server in primele 30 secunde din runda pe majoritatea hartilor cu bomba - Zonele in care se poate urca pe textura sunt blocate pe majoritatea hartilor - La folosirea unor cuvinte considerate vulgare sau reclamelor serverul va inlocui automat propozitia cu mesaje prestabilite in server - Cuvantul cheie din cererea de admin trebuie sa contina (MANIACSRSP) - Numele jucatorilor ce contin reclame vor fi schIMBATE IN NUME NORMALE DE AMDINI etc - Echilibrarea echipelor se face automat de catre server (autoteambalance pentru nr. jucatorilor iar PTB pentru scoruri) - Ostaticii sunt imuni la gloante si orice alt tip de damage - Autovotul serverului este setat in ultimele 5 minute din harta. Rezultatul acestuia va seta automat harta din "nextmap"

Vulgar or offensive language used on the server is sanctioned with GAG 5-10 min and can reach up to 180 min. 2. To announce a possible coder use say_team - u@ + its name. 3. The game is FREE RUSH/CAMP as long as the idea of the game is respected - Plant/Defuse C4. 4. If you notice that an admin is using a hack/cheat/script, give him a demo and contact a Founder urgently. 5. If an admin uses inappropriate vocabulary, take a picture of him and contact a Founder immediately. 6. Both players and admins are not allowed to monitor or reveal the position of other players on the server. So here we have additional RULES : 1. Admins are required to check the forum daily to give their opinion on Unban Requests / Admin Requests / Complaints etc. You have a maximum of 24 hours to respond to a possible unban request/complaint. 2. If an admin starts banning players and/or admins from the server, ban him, then contact a Founder urgently. (SS or DEMO beforehand) 9. If an admin offended you or used a command on you - make a printscreen and post to ADMINS ONLY - Do not argue with him/do not use commands on him. 10. The amx_votemap or votemapmenu commands are only used if the current map has just been played. The vote is not given before consulting with the admins present on the server. Before voting check the latest maps by typing /maps. The vote is given automatically through the voting plugin, but if you notice that the voted map is not beneficial (the players leave) you can always intervene on the vote and change the map. 11. You are not allowed to ask UP +1 to the degree. At the end of each month, your activity is checked and then it is determined who is promoted/deranked. Only those involved + server management are allowed to post in a complaint. 12. It is prohibited to borrow and use an access by a person other than the one for whom the degree was created. Any deviation from this rule entails the deletion of the degree. 13. Respect each other and the players, avoid arguments on say or amx_chat as much as possible. If someone made a mistake, explain it nicely, without having a superior tone. 14. If you have problems and will be absent from the server for a period of more than 5 days, you must announce it on the forum in the ABSENCES section. 15. Do not ban the IP class.
